Shipping Policy

For the Shipping services we are using the RLN* service and EMS service.

 

When customer choose RLN* services it might be need more than 2 weeks for package arrive and for the EMS services need 3-7 business days to arrive. 

*: Hongkong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and United States

Return & Exchange Policy

Sorry we don't accept return unless it's defect. for return defect product policy please read it carefully. 

 

Record an Unboxing Video

- Please record an unboxing video when you have received package from us.

- Unboxing video should start from opening the package and shot with clear

   lighting

- This video must shown damage part of the product. 

Send the Video and your order ID

After that, send your unboxing video and order ID through our email: hi.jollygang@gmail.com with subject "Damage Product" with no more than 3 days after the package are arrived

 

(we are sorry, if you don't record the unboxing video we will not be able to process your return)

 

Important Notes: 

- Shipping cost are non-refundable

- Customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for   

  returning the item 

- Refund will be deducted for the shipping cost
