Can i cancel an order after payment?


We are sorry, you can't cancel an order after payment. So make sure to read the product description careffuly before placing an order with us.




Can i return the product?


For return policy please read it carefully. Record an Unboxing Video - Please record an unboxing video when you have received package from us. - Unboxing video should start from opening the package and shooted with clear lighting - This video must shown damage part of the product. Send the Video and your order ID After that, send your unboxing video and order ID through our email: hi.jollygang@gmail.com with subject "Damage Product" with no more than 3 days after the package are arrived (we are sorry, if you don't record the unboxing video we will not be able to process your return) Important Notes: - Shipping cost are non-refundable - Customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning the item - Refund will be deducted for the shipping cost For more information about return and refund please contact us through email: hi.jollygang@gmail.com




How long does the shipping take?


it depends on shipping service that you choose. For RLN shipping service it takes more than 2 weeks (the cheapest) for EMS shipping service takes more than 3-7 business days




What if my package got lost?


For every package that got lost we can give you the refund but minus the shipping cost. But first we recommend to check to your local post office it might be got hold because need to further check. but for more question just contact us through our email.




I can't find my country in your checkout pages, what should i do?
